By accessing or using Solvo (the "Platform"), operated by MoJamoza Technologies ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
The Platform provides multi-tenant school management software, including academic records, fee management, and — where enabled — ElimuPay fee-instalment financing facilitated by licensed third-party financing partners. MoJamoza Technologies is the technology provider; we do not ourselves extend credit to parents/guardians.
Each school ("Customer") is responsible for the accuracy of data it enters, for maintaining the confidentiality of its users' credentials, and for all activity under its account.
Subscription fees are billed per the plan selected at onboarding. Fee-instalment financing via ElimuPay is subject to separate terms agreed with the relevant financing partner.
Student, parent, and staff data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019.
The Platform is provided "as is." MoJamoza Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
